Given the rich history of our company, we have had the opportunity to participate in the implementation of the first commercial constructions in Slovakia, thanks to which we have a lot of relevant experience in this area and are therefore able to flexibly respond to any request by a client in the field of commercial constructions.
We have implemented comprehensive entertainment and shopping centers, which combine the functions of trade, services, entertainment and leisure as well as commercial structures for various chains specifically aimed at the sales of particular types of goods or services.
In implementing commercial structures it is particularly important to react quickly and flexibly to the frequently changing requirements of the client, where for each implemented project there is by the end of the implementation several dozen modifications. These frequently changing projects therefore require perfect system monitoring, the processing and implementing of each change, so that all our clients' requirements are met.
Equally important is the serious and correct communication carried out by the team during the construction because clients often lease out buildings to a larger number of entities, therefore the trust of these entities in the client is at stake.
All commercial structures are implemented in an extremely short time, given that these projects must open before Christmas or Easter holidays. Along with the rapid construction pace important and high quality work is also important, as the projects are assessed through inspections during construction and also a few years after the handover of the work.
All these facts indicate that they are demanding construction projects, which our construction company implemented according to the expectations of our clients as also evidenced by the fact that these clients immediately entrusted us with the implementation of a number of commercial structures.
