Keraming a.s. offers the leasing of different types of mechanisms required in the implementation of different kinds of construction. Apartment sales, VILLAPARK TRENČÍN
We sell apartments in an excellent sunny and quiet location in Trenčín and in superior designs. The apartment buildings are situated on land located in the southern outskirts of the city of Trenčín, on the west side of Soblahovská Street, between the existing Leoni Autokabel Slovakia apartment blocks and the Lavičková Stream.
This unique location guarantees excellent transport accessibility to all parts of Trenčín as well as outside the region through direct connection to the D1 highway. Just beyond the apartment buildings there are extensive shopping options in the Laugarício area.
Each VILLAPARK apartment building has 27 apartments distributed on five floors. The apartments are 2, 3 and 4-room. On the first floor there are garages, cellars and the entrance to the building. Access to the apartments is from a common staircase and an elevator with 8-person capacity. Each of the apartments has a balcony or terrace. Each apartment has heating with its own boiler. The apartments have buzzers, telephones and television cables. The apartments are sold in standard version or as basic apartments. Regarding the standard version each client has a choice over the amount of quality materials, selected by the architect for the project. An unfurnished apartment definitely means the maximum individualization of each client.
