The assembled system without the use of wet processes allows for rapid construction progress without restrictions from climatic conditions and reduces construction costs. Its variability allows for the creation of any layouts. The thermal properties of the system ensure low operating costs throughout the entire life of the building.
A great time-saving feature of construction is the production of TOP KIMALL panels in advance in the production plant, while they are only assembled on site, and the fact that the construction is carried out using a dry process, which is without technological breaks, unlike brick houses, and thus there is no excess moisture in the interior that would need to be ventilated.

The exceptionally low weight of the TOP KIMALL panel system allows its wide use in superstructures, reconstructions and hard-to-reach construction sites. The weight of the largest panel without additional cladding layers is only 29 kg.
